Landscape Installation Crew Member
Job Description:
Under the direction of an installation foreman, operates install equipment including shovels, rakes, sledgehammer, pickaxe, backpack blowers and other hand tools. Ability to install sod, trees and plant material. Assist in installation of pine straw, mulch, hardscape features and the ability to assist in irrigation repairs and instillation. Uses personal protective equipment correctly. Ability to interact in a professional and competent manner. Reports to work in appropriate uniform, is punctual and maintains a high level of morale.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year of job-related experience working with a professional landscape company. Ability to operate skid steer, mini excavator, dingo and a trencher is a plus. Positions within this classification may require a valid Georgia driver’s license and insurable driving record. Ability to bend, stoop, twist and lift 70 pounds. Reliable source of transportation to and from dispatching office.
