Great Estates Landscaping is always proud of our achievements in landscaping. But, we can’t help but boast about this latest design. Our team recently re-developed the Social Circle Schools Athletic Complex, which provides a safe space for Social Circle students.
Great Estates transformed the once brown landscape by planting junipers along the embankment surrounding the field, which anchored the surrounding soil and helps with erosion. Our team also installed Cryptomeria on the top side of the hill, which will act as a privacy screen for the complex. And, as always, Great Estates prepared the area with a layer of pine straw as a mulching agent. Mulching is so beneficial to your landscape because it holds in necessary moisture, and keeps the temperature better regulated in this cold weather. This helps to keep your soil healthy, while deterring weeds and preventing erosion.
We were so excited to be able to provide quality landscaping to our local school sport program. If your school district is considering a new sports complex or your football field is in need of some upkeep, be sure to contact your local landscape experts at Great Estates Landscaping.
In addition to being a manager on the landscaping maintenance, installation and turf management team at Great Estates Landscaping, Stephen McClain is a sports fanatic who enjoys spending time in nature and doing outdoor activities with his family.
