COVINGTON, GA – (April 3, 2019) – Great Estates Landscaping, a leading commercial landscaping firm based out of Covington, has been awarded the landscaping contract for the highly anticipated Town Center development, located on Alcovy Road and Highway 142 in Covington.
An expected five-year project, Covington Town Center will serve as a multi-use walkable, sustainable development featuring over 370 residential units, 250,000 square feet of office space, two Hilton hotels and over 800,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, including Publix Supermarket and Regal Cinemas. Ground breaking took place in early 2018.

Selected by The Foxfield Company, headquartered in South Carolina, Great Estates was chosen after a competitive review involving multiple local landscaping agencies. The project includes irrigation installation and digging three wells. Plant installation includes more than 1,100 trees, as well as 250,000 square feet of sod installation. Great Estates will also provide ongoing property landscape maintenance services.
